Evolve Your Fitness Routine???

My friend, Jennifer Weland, is a fitness and lifestyle coach. She recently launched a new, "at home" fitness program especially designed for busy women who want to lose weight (of course), tone up, shave inches, have more energy and build the healthy habit that will help them stay that way. 

It's called the 8-Week Challenge and it includes all of this:
